Cancellation Policy for Muscat Entertainment:

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to provide a flexible cancellation policy to accommodate our guests. Please review our cancellation policy below for a comprehensive understanding of the terms and conditions associated with cancelling your reservation:

1. **Full Refund for Cancellations 3 Days Prior to Reservation:**
– Guests who cancel their reservation at least 3 days before the scheduled activity will be eligible for a full refund of their payment.

2. **50% Refund for Cancellations 24 Hours Prior to Reservation:**
– For cancellations made within 3 days and up to 24 hours before the reserved time, guests will receive a 50% refund of their payment.

3. **Late Arrival Policy:**
– In the event of a guest arriving late for their reservation, the missed time will be deducted from the remaining reservation duration. We kindly request guests to be punctual to ensure the full enjoyment of their water activities.

4. **No Refund for No-Show:**
– If a guest fails to show up for their reservation without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

5. **Weather-Related Refunds or Rescheduling:**
– Guests are entitled to a 100% refund in the case of inclement weather conditions that prevent us from providing the service. Alternatively, guests have the option to reschedule their reservation for another day at no additional cost.

We highly recommend guests to communicate any changes or cancellations as soon as possible to facilitate a smooth process. Please note that all refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Muscat Entertainment reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in certain circumstances, such as emergencies or extenuating circumstances. Our aim is to ensure an enjoyable experience for all our guests while maintaining a fair and reasonable cancellation policy.
